What time does the event begin and finish?

Doors are open at 7pm, with the show starting at 7:45pm. The event will be finished by 10:00pm.

Is there a venue change?

Yes, due to circumstances beyond our control, the show will now take place at London’s CONWAY HALL and not the EVENTIM APOLLO. All tickets remain valid, and will be transferred to the new theatre. For those attending, special limited editing treats will be waiting for you, not available anywhere else!

How do I watch the livestream?

If you purchase a livestream ticket, a link to watch the show will be emailed to you on the day of the performance, Thursday 25th June (please note that the livestream will not include any footage of the pre-show, in-person VIP experience).

Can I meet Christopher Awdry?

VIP ticket holders will be able to engage upon a meet & greet / photo opportunity with Christopher before the show.

What does the VIP package contain?

There will be an intimate lecture from Christopher for VIP ticket holders — please arrive to CONWAY HALL by 5:45pm on the day of the show to gain access to the VIP entry. There will also be an exclusive VIP-exclusive gift package upon arrival.

I can no longer attend, will I receive a refund?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to process refunds, but you are able to either pass the ticket on to another person, or sell via Twickets.

I have access requirements, am I able to attend?

Yes — please contact info@splot.live who will be able to arrange and accommodate specific access requirements.

What is the age restriction?

We are operating anybody between the ages of 3-14 must be accompanied by an 18+ adult.

Can I bring a camera to film the show?

No, the venue operate a strict no filming policy.
